What beverages are included in your coffee cart packages?

Our standard packages include hot coffee, tea, chai and hot chocolate, with full cream, oat, almond and soy milk options available. All drinks count towards your package's included cup allowance.

Can I extend the service duration?

Yes. Additional service hours are available at $55 per hour for one barista or $110 per hour for two baristas, subject to availability. We'll help you determine the appropriate service duration for your event.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees range from $50 to $300, depending on the distance from our North Sydney depot. The delivery fee will be confirmed upfront in your event proposal.

How many baristas will my event need?

This depends on your guest numbers, service duration and expected demand. One barista can serve approximately 90 cups per hour under suitable conditions. For larger events, we recommend two baristas to help maintain efficient service and minimise waiting times.

Can we customise the coffee cart with our company branding?

Yes. We offer custom branding options to help integrate the coffee cart into your event or brand activation. Branding options can include the cart and takeaway cups, depending on your selected package and requirements.

Can your coffee cart be set up at conferences and exhibitions?

Yes. Our mobile coffee cart is designed for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences and brand activations. We'll discuss venue access, available space and technical requirements during the planning process.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend enquiring as early as possible, particularly for large events or bookings requiring custom branding. Availability and preparation timelines will be confirmed when you request your event proposal.
